How do I get a perfect fitting Pettiskirt?
A:
LuckyGabi pettiskirts have an adjustable elastic waist band for a perfect fit. Because the waist band is so stretchy they will grow with your little one for years to come. We have created a size guideline for easy measuring:
Extra Small: 16-21 inch waist; 10 inch drop; 12months to 4 years
Small: 19-24 inch waist; 12 inch drop; 2 to 6 years
Medium: 22-27 inch waist; 14 inch drop; 4 to 8 years
Large: 25-30 inch waist; 16 inch drop; 6+

When your shopping cart is:
$40.00 or less.........Shipping is $4.95
$80.00 or less.........Shipping is $6.95
$125.00 or less.......Shipping is $8.95
Over $125.00..........Shipping is FREE

How long will my order take before it ships?
A:
Most of our items are marked with an approximate time of processing. General proccessing times are as follows:
Hair Flair Items take 2 to 3 business days as long as the materials are stocked. If the ribbon or other material is out of stock it can take up to 7 to 10 business days to process.
Tutus take 3 to 5 business days to process. If materials are out of stock it can take up to 7 to 10 business days.
Pettiskirts take 7 to 10 business days to process. If materials are out of stock it can take up to 12 to 16 business days.
**Most material is constantly being restocked, if an item is out of stock you will be conatacted via email**

What is your return policy?
A:
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, if you are not 100% satisfied you may return your non-custom orders in their unopened package. An item may be exchanged if there is a mistake on our part or an item is defected. In this case, you must request it via email, and provide the reason for exchange or return within 10 days of purchase.

Will your embellishments fall off?
A:
All of our products are handcrafted and made with attention to detail. They are as secure as I can make them. Even under normal wear; sometimes the embellishments can fall off the clips or headbands. All hair accessories with small parts are not intended for use as toys, and should be worn under adult supervision.

Will your ribbon ends fray?
A:
Quality is a priority! I use high quality ribbons and each bow is heat sealed, so your bows will continue to look new year after year with care.
